Meet Rita
Hi, I’m Rita Hunt, founder of Delegate & Accelerate.
Like a lot of entrepreneurs, I started out doing everything myself. I built websites, wrote content, figured out SEO, solved technical problems, and helped clients grow their businesses one project at a time.
As my client list grew, I realized that the businesses getting the best results weren’t the ones that hired a different freelancer for every project. They were the ones with a team that understood their business and could jump in whenever they needed help.
That’s why I created Delegate & Accelerate.
Instead of building another freelance business, I built a team of specialists who genuinely enjoy what they do. Designers. Copywriters. SEO specialists. Developers. Project managers. People who are exceptionally good at their craft and care about doing the job right.
Before starting Delegate & Accelerate, I spent more than a decade leading marketing for a Fortune 500 company, where where I was recognized as the company’s #1 Marketing Director in the nation. Along the way, I had the opportunity to speak on stages across the country, learn from some of the brightest minds in business, and discover what separates companies that grow from those that stay stuck.
Today, I bring those lessons to the businesses we serve every day.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at home in Louisiana with my husband and our dog, working on a watercolor painting, getting lost in a genealogy project, or enjoying good Cajun food with family. My kids are grown now, but family, hard work, and taking pride in what you build are still at the heart of everything I do.
My philosophy has always been simple.
