Hi, I’m Rita.
When I started my business in 2015, I did pretty much everything myself.
Websites. Copywriting. SEO. Email marketing. Technical troubleshooting. If it needed doing, I was usually the one figuring out how to do it.
Sound familiar?
Before that, I spent years in healthcare, sales, and corporate marketing, including more than a decade with a Fortune 500 company, where I was recognized as the #1 Marketing Director nationwide.
I learned a lot about growing businesses, solving problems, and getting things done.
But I also learned that being good at a lot of things doesn’t mean you should be doing ALL the things.
So I started building a team.
Today, Delegate & Accelerate brings together specialists in marketing, design, content, SEO, development, and technology.
I still love figuring out new technology, digging into marketing problems, and going down a rabbit hole because I want to know how something works.
What can I say? I’m curious.
But I’m also a firm believer that business owners shouldn’t have to do everything themselves. Including me.
